IYABO OJO BLOWS HOT, SLAMS COLLEAGUES WHO DEFEND BABA IJESHA

    Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has slammed her colleagues in the industry for trying to defend actor, Baba Ijesha for allegedly defiling a 7 year old girl. Popular actor and producer, Yomi Fabiyi had earlier warned his colleagues to desist from condemning Baba Ijesha as he compares the case to that of Baba Suwe who was arrested for having illegal drugs in his possession but later found innocent of the crime.

    The Nollywood veteran took to her Instagram page on Sunday, April 25, 2021 to warn her colleagues to desist from from defending the alleged pedophile. She also admonished her colleagues and everybody to stop asking for the CCTV footage where Baba Ijesha was caught molesting the little girl because she is a minor.

She said; "We all heard what happened to Baba Ijesha and the rape issue and since yesterday, I have been seeing a lot of people posting his pictures, with some saying he was framed and others saying we should wait...I just want to beg my colleagues, please in no way should we try to defend him,"

"Because the reason a lot of girls and boys that are raped and molested do not come out to say their opinion most especially if they have been raped by a prominent person."

"There is no excuse for rape. There is no excuse for molestation. A pedophile is a pedophile. He doesn't need any excuse to rape,"

"Stop asking for the video because a child is involved, a 14-year-old child is involved. And if you are a father or mother I don't think you want a video of your daughter being molested on the Internet.".
