BURNA BOY BAGS NOMINATION FOR BRIT AWARDS

Nigerian superstar artiste and the self-acclaimed "African Giant", Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy has been nominated for "Best International Male artist" at the BRIT Awards 2020.

The 40th edition of the British Phonographic Industry's annual pop music awards, the BRIT Awards 2020 will hold on February 18, 2020 and Jack Whitehall will host it for the third year running. While nominations are led by Nigerian born British rapper, Dave and singer, Lewis Capaldi, Burna Boy has been nominated alongside Bruce Springsteen, Dermot Kennedy, Tyler The Creator and Post Malone following the Grammy nomination he received form his critically-acclaimed album, African Giant.




In 2019, Burna Boy had major collaborations with British artists and the songs also charted within the top 10 of the Official UK Singles chart. He collaborated with artistes like Dave, Mahalia, Jorja Smith (twice), Wretch 32 and Stormzy. 'Own It,' his collaboration with Stormzy and Ed Sheeran was No. 1 hit.

American gospel musician and pastor, Travis Montorius Greene, popularly known as Travis Greene recently welcomed a baby boy and the third child with wife, Jacqueline Gyamfi Greene.
