BANKY W ADDRESSES SUGAR RUSH FANS FOLLOWING ITS SUSPENSION FROM CINEMAS

Nigerian music artiste, actor and politician, Olubankole Wellington simply referred to as Banky W has released a statement addressing the fans of movie, ‘Sugar Rush’ following its ban from showing in Nigerian cinemas.

The movie which was banned from the Nigerian cinemas by the NFVCB for allegedly ‘depicting’ the operations of EFCC in a relatively ‘poor way' has generated mixed reactions from fans and social media users.

He wrote; ‘If you saw @sugarrushmovie and loved it, or if you planned to, please read our statements. We are very hopeful and optimistic that the film will be back on screens in a few days, so please don’t give up on us, and please stay optimistic with us.
