OMOTOLA JALADE-EKEINDE CONFERRED WITH A DOCTORATE AT IGBINEDION UNIVERSITY

Veteran actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has joined the list of celebrities to be honoured with doctorate degrees from prestigious universities across the globe as she has been conferred with a doctorate degree from the first private university in Nigeria, Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo state.

Omotola shared the news on her Instagram page by posting series of photos of herself dressed in an academic gown and captioned with her new title;
“Say what? Lol... Before the official pictures... Dr. Mrs. Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, MFR. 🚀 #igbinedionuniversity #Godisdoingit,”.

Mo Abudu, Linda Ikeji and Chimamanda Adichie were honoured at different universities abroad with doctorate degrees some months ago.

American gospel musician and pastor, Travis Montorius Greene, popularly known as Travis Greene recently welcomed a baby boy and the third child with wife, Jacqueline Gyamfi Greene. SHAKIRA WINS TWO AWARDS AT THE 2019 BILLBOARD LATIN MUSIC AWARDS

Colombian music star, Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll, popularly known as Shakira has won two Billboard Latin Music Awards out of the four nominations she received. Shakira won the  Top Latin Albums Artist, Female and Latin Pop Artist, Solo to her recognition. Other nominees under the Top Latin Albums Artist, Female category were Rosalía, Mon Laferte and Karol G. Meanwhile the Latin Pop Artist, Solo included Enrique Iglesias, Marco Antonio Solis and Sebastián Yatra. Alhough, the mother of two was unable to make it due to health reasons, according to her Instagram stories, she took to the app to thank her fans and her team with a post celebrating her win.
