Veteran Nigerian singer and former member of the defunct 'Plantashun Boys',  Ahmedu Obiabo popularly known as Black Face has admitted making a mistake to have called his former partner, Innocent Idibia, also known as 2Baba a thief and they have finally decided to end their years-long dispute after opting for an out-of-court settlement. The former best friends came to an agreement after a mediation process presided over by a mediator, Ronke Kuku, at the Ikeja High Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre (ADR) section, held in the presence of 2baba’s manager, Efe Omorogbe, and Black Face’s lawyer, Manny Enajeroh, in Lagos. Blackface also promised not to publicly accuse 2baba again while 2baba agreed to make all the necessary corrections and amendments that had prevented Black Face from receiving royalties. Black Face had claimed ownership of two of 2baba’s biggest hits, ‘Let Somebody Love You’ and ‘African Queen’ in the last three years.

Ayo Makun, simply referred to as AY and wife, Mabel are celebrating their 11th wedding anniversary today Friday, November 29, 2019 and the popular comedian and actor has taken to his Instagram page to share some stunning family photos. American rapper, Karim Kharbouch, popularly known as French Montana has finally been released from the intensive care unit of the hospital a few days after he was hospitalized following a cardiac attack he suffered which almost took his life. The rapper took to his Instagram page on Friday, November 29, 2019 and shared the good news. According to him, he is getting better now and wants to thank everyone for their prayers and support. He wrote; "Thank you, everyone, for all of the prayers, love, and support. I’m finally out of ICU and am getting better one day at a time !!!#Montana, It should be recalled that TMZ had earlier reported that French Montana was rushed to  the hospital on Thursday, November 21, 2019 around 1:30 PM. The report says that when the first call was made it turned out to be a false alarm.

Nigerian Actress, Eniola Badmus, popularly known as "gbogbo big girls" has received some backlash on social media after she shared a post on her Snapchat that many people did not reckon with. The post which had already been in circulation on social media even before the actress posted it talked about how there is nothing wrong in dating someone else’s man. According to the post, who are we to argue if God gives us someone else’s man as it is a common saying that we are all recycling partners because most people are dating other people’s exes. She post;  “I want my own man but if God gives me yours, who am I to argue?” However, Eniola eventually begged her fans to take things easy on her after facing backlash for the post as she had to speak up and explain things. She implored her fans to take it easy with her as she only posted the viral photo.

Tanzanian born music star, Vanessa Mdee has revealed that it took her only two days to know that her boo and "Power" actor, Rotimi Akinosho was her husband. She made this known during an interview with @millardayo . Not only did she reveal that she is in love with Rotimi, she also claims that she knew early and that he was something special. She said; "It took me just two days for me to know that he was my husband," she said. "You know when you are in love with somebody. Yes, I'm in love with him,". Although Rotimi has not said much about his relationship with Vanessa, he expressed his love for her on his Instagram page on Monday, November 25, 2019 when he shared a photo of Vanessa and himself.

It has been confirmed that "Power" actor and music artiste, Rotimi Akinosho, simply called Rotimi has been listed as one of the casts of Eddie Murphy’s new movie, ‘Coming 2 America.’ Although, the "Love Riddim" crooner's role is yet to be revealed, the actor has been confirmed to feature in the film alongside Wesley Snipes and Rick Ross. Other cast members of the movie are Eddie Murphy (Prince Akeem) and Arsenio Hall (Semmi), James Earl Jones (King Jaffe Joffer), Paul Bates (Oha ), John Amos (Cleo McDowell), Shari Headley (Lisa McDowell), Louie Anderson (Maurice), and Vanessa Bell Calloway (Imani Izzi).

Music legend, 2Face Idibia has expressed his displeasure over the state of the Nigerian system and the leaders. He believes the Nigerian system is in shambles and it has been hijacked by criminals who are meant to be leaders. He made this known via his Twitter page on Thursday, November 21, 2019. According to him, the criminals leading the country have dedicated their time to destroy the country. He wrote;                               "Naija system is a total joke. Criminals have hijacked Naija. Men and women that have dedicated their time 2 make sure that Naija will carry last...No shame. No dignity. No honor. I pray the young men that have entered the system will do their best to influence positive change," .

The 62nd Grammy Awards is set to take place on January 26, 2020 and it will be hosted by Alicia Keys. Lizzo leads with eight nominations and she is followed by Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X with six nominations.
